Milling — 3/4/5 axis

Tri-dexel material-removal simulation, tilting-table 4/5-axis, real tool shapes per material. Part → toolpath (raster 3-axis), DXF → 2.5D pockets.

Cutting — sheet

Real CAM from a DXF/SVG: kerf compensation, arc lead-in/out, tabs, nesting, small-hole slowdown, engrave & part text — for plasma, laser, waterjet, oxy. Watch it cut in 3D, then export.

Cutting — tube

Unroll the tube, cut on the developed surface, wrap it back on the axis. Round and rectangular sections, torch-follow Z.

Rotary plasma CAM

The headline: DXF/STEP → wrap → QtPlasmaC G-code for LinuxCNC/GRBL/FluidNC. The rotary post commercial CAM still skips.

Tube bending

Rebuild the bent part from LRA/YBC programs (K-factor / bend allowance) and animate the bend from straight bar to finished part.

NC generators + post

STEP→NC, part→milling, DXF→plate. Posts for QtPlasmaC · LinuxCNC · Mach3/4 · UCCNC · GRBL — plus a custom post editor — and real Hypertherm cut-chart presets + time/cost report.
