Real CAM from a DXF/SVG: kerf compensation, arc lead-in/out, tabs, nesting, small-hole slowdown, engrave & part text — for plasma, laser, waterjet, oxy. Watch it cut in 3D, then export.
Cutting — tube
Unroll the tube, cut on the developed surface, wrap it back on the axis. Round and rectangular sections, torch-follow Z.
Rotary plasma CAM
The headline: DXF/STEP → wrap → QtPlasmaC G-code for LinuxCNC/GRBL/FluidNC. The rotary post commercial CAM still skips.
Tube bending
Rebuild the bent part from LRA/YBC programs (K-factor / bend allowance) and animate the bend from straight bar to finished part.
NC generators + post
